The third evening as we were going to the elevators the security guard Kory pointed his finger at my sister and said you can not go in! First I thought he was joking. Security was asking for my ID card at the elevators. For 3 days in and out to the room was no problem with my sister. May 30.2021 Horrible experience! I reserved a room for 3 persons.
