Lastly, I got a very passive voicemail from someone saying that they didnt find bed bugs. The total wouldve been more than I paid for the entire weeks stay. But if I sent the laundry & they didnt find bed bugs, i would have to pay for them out of pocket Was not followed up with, was not offered any type of an incentive or refund of any sort - They did tell me that if the tests came back positive they would do my laundry for free. Spoke to same mgr, ended up moving rooms - Was told that they would send a team in to test & see if bed bugs were present & they would put my bags in a machine that would bake them for 4 hours to make sure they dont latch on to my luggage
Waking up the next morning to find even more bites & being even itchier I talked to a mgr, they asked 'Are you sure? Could it be something else?' So naturally I asked myself the same question & did a bunch of research to figure out bed bugs is the only thing that could produce the exact type of itching welts, bumps etc but this was later in the evening so i decided to give it another night
